Chef Tom!

We hired Chef Tom to cook for us on the big day! Below is the menu:


Passed pupus for happy hour
  • Creamy mushroom flatbread with Big island goat cheese and local arugula  (vegetarian)
  • Mini ahi tartar tacos with cabbage and avocado drizzled with chipotle cilantro crème (Can be made vegetarian)
  • Crispy spring rolls with sesame soy dipping sauce
Sit down dinner first course
  • Organic Kauai greens with local papaya, avocado, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, macadamia nuts with a citrus vinaigrette
Second course
  • Local fresh catch with potato puree, wok fired vegetables, topped with pickled ginger and drizzled with sweet Thai chili butter
    • OR
  • Strozzapreti pasta with sautéed shallots, Maui onions, fresh tomatoes topped with basil and asiago cheese 
Third course
  • Wedding cake with berry coulis and tropical fruit
